Early in 2003 I had a bad injury in which I wasn't able to work my stores from a hands on approach, so we decided to upgrade our system to remote viewing. This was great as I was now able to watch my business from the comfort of my own home. This really mad life easy, as the camera's helped with me to see what was going on at our stores.
