Yes. Most alarm systems these days can allow any phone to call. Some systems have voice modules available and can tell you which zone has been activated.

How do I add a user to my alarm system ?

Entering a user code is a straight forward procedure with most systems and a user guide will step you through each process. Most user guides can be found on the internet.

I’ve forgotten my pin number, how do I reset it?

Most alarm panels have a default installer code, which will allow a technician to reprogram a user code. If the installer code has been changed the panel will have to be defaulted and reprogrammed including all the zones. Could be a frustrating process – try not to lose your code

You can monitor your alarm system by dialer or GPRS monitoring. We recommend GPRS monitoring for commercial and dialer for residential
